This machine is a large, heavy-duty water-squeezing and stretching machine, and compared to traditional four-roller water-squeezing and stretching machines, it has the following characteristics:

1. It consists of a five-roller water-squeezing and stretching mechanism composed of two felt rollers, two rubber rollers, and one blade roller;

2. Each hide undergoes two water-squeezing processes with the front and rear felt rollers in one working cycle, resulting in a drier finish;

3. Each roller has independent power, resulting in stronger stretching force and a higher yield of leather after water-squeezing and stretching;

4. The blade roller and small rubber roller both employ hydraulic oscillation, significantly reducing the breakage rate of the leather during the stretching process.
